1. Agreement and eligibility
By using ChatterPilot, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement.
2. What ChatterPilot provides
ChatterPilot is independent desktop software that helps translate and manage conversations across supported services. Features, platform compatibility, and language quality may change during early access.
3. Your accounts and platform rules
You are responsible for the messaging accounts you connect, the messages you send, and compliance with each third-party platform’s terms. ChatterPilot is not affiliated with WhatsApp, Tinder, Telegram, Meta, Match Group, or Telegram Messenger. Third-party services may change or restrict access at any time.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use ChatterPilot for harassment, impersonation, fraud, illegal activity, unsolicited bulk messaging, evading platform safeguards, or violating another person’s rights. Automated features must be used cautiously and with the controls provided.
5. Plans, credits, and renewal
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Personal includes 3,000, Pro 6,500, and Max 13,000 bundled translation credits per billing period. A $5 top-up adds 1,000 bundled credits. One credit covers up to 10,000 input characters, with longer messages using additional credits. Usage limits are hard caps and unused subscription credits do not roll over.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel through the billing portal, effective at the end of the current paid period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
7. Your content
You retain your rights in content you submit. You give KOOMPANY the limited permission necessary to process that content to provide requested features, secure the service, and comply with law.
8. Availability and disclaimers
Translation and AI output may contain errors and should not be relied on for legal, medical, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions. The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict access for nonpayment, security risk, abuse, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
