1. Who we are
ChatterPilot is a product of KOOMPANY. In this notice, “KOOMPANY,” “we,” and “us” refer to the business providing ChatterPilot.
2. Information we collect
We may collect account details such as your email address, subscription and payment status, usage-credit totals, support messages, app diagnostics, and security logs. Payment-card details are collected and processed by Stripe; KOOMPANY does not receive complete card numbers.
3. Conversation content
When you request translation or another AI-assisted feature, the content needed for that request may be transmitted to the translation or AI provider selected for the feature. Billing and quota records are designed not to store your message text. Linked messaging sessions are maintained on your device, subject to the behavior of each supported platform.
4. How we use information
We use information to operate and secure ChatterPilot, provide translation and account features, process subscriptions, answer support requests, investigate abuse, measure reliability, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
5. Service providers
We use providers for payments, hosting, databases, email, storage, diagnostics, and language-model processing. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments. Supported messaging services also process your activity under their own policies.
6. Retention and security
We retain account, billing, and support records for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use access controls and encryption in transit, but no service can guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
You can stop using ChatterPilot, disconnect supported accounts, cancel a subscription, or request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some billing and fraud-prevention records may need to be retained.

Submit a privacy request through the KOOMPANY contact form. Please do not include private conversation content unless it is necessary to understand the request.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as the product changes. A revised effective date will be posted here.
