Send a deletion request
Use our privacy contact form and write “Delete my ChatterPilot account”. Enter the email associated with your account, including your Apple relay address if you used Hide My Email. You can also email admin@chatterpilot.com. We will verify ownership before acting. Do not send passwords or private messages.
If you can sign in, the website account page has a Delete account control. On iPhone, use Settings → Delete account. On desktop, use the account controls. If a subscription or sign-in problem prevents self-service deletion, use the contact form above.
What is removed and when
The current deletion flow removes your active ChatterPilot account and access to its plan and credits. A recovery archive keeps identity, plan and credit information for 30 days, then is scheduled for permanent removal. Contact support within that period if the deletion was a mistake. Signing up again does not automatically restore the old account.
Limited billing, dispute, legal and fraud-prevention records remain where needed. Trial-matching fingerprints have no scheduled expiry. Backup copies rotate under the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. You may also contact us about deleting particular data without closing your entire account.
Subscriptions and chats are separate
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not automatically stop store billing. Manage renewal with Apple, Google Play if applicable, or your ChatterPilot website account, according to where you paid. See Billing & Cancellation.
A request made on this website cannot erase chat files on your device. Remove local app data separately if you want it deleted. Account deletion does not delete your WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram or Tinder accounts, unlink them in their own apps, or remove messages held by recipients.
